Ingredients

2 Cups Long Grain Rice
1 Large Onion, Finely Chopped
2 Large Potatoes, Cut into Cubes
2 Cups Mixed Vegetables (Carrots and Peas)
1-1/12 Tablespoon Beryani Spice
1/2 Tablespoon Salt
1/3 Cup Almonds
1/3 Cup Pine Nuts

Instructions

1. Cook Rice
2. Saute Onions until soft
3. Fry Potatoes until golden brown
4. Steam Vegetables until soft
5. Fry almonds and pine nuts until golden brown
6. Mix everything together with rice and beryani spices
