Jajek (Cheese Cracker Spread)
16 Ounce Cottage Cheese (small curd)
1 (8 ounce) Package Cream Cheese (room temperature)
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Fresh Dill
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Celery
1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Green Pepper
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Fresh Coriander (optional)
1. Cream cottage cheese with cream cheese until smooth and free of lumps.
2. Add remaining ingredients. Blend well.
Hint: Serve with crackers, Vienna or French bread.
